No eggs No Vanilla Essence, Just 3 ingredients Dominos Shape Shortbread ...
We made #shortbreadbiscuits.
I always loved shortbread biscuits with tea. This is a quick and easy recipe
that doesn’t need much effort. Also, when you make these at home, they are
really cost-effective, and you can get 25 to 30 cookies out of this batch.
If you don’t use the entire dough, you can freeze it for up to 3 months. When
you want to use it let it defrost and you are ready to go.
This is what you will need to make these incredible Short Bread Biscuits
Ingredients
2 ½ cups of Flour
1 ½ cups of salted butter (make sure it is room temperature)
½ cup castor sugar or confectionery sugar
M ET H O D
In a bowl mix the salted butter and castor sugar beat with a hand blender for 4
to 5 minutes or until fluffy. Gradually add the flour and combine.
Once combine knead for 2 minutes. Add more flour if the dough is too soft.
Create a shape that you desire and wrap with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30
minutes.
Once out of the fridge cut your dough in any shape you prefer. We created
dominos.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once done let cool on a rake and enjoy.
