Only Bananas, eggs and Milk, no oven, no flour! 

Banana Fan Banana Fan for two

2 large Banana 2 medium eggs 200 ml of Milk 100g of sugar

In a pan heat the sugar until dissolved. Pour into a baking tray and set aside. Next in a blender add the milk, eggs and bananas and blend until smooth. 

Pour the Banana mixture into the baking tray on the sugar syrup. 

Next, close the baking tray with foil and place it into a water bath for 45 to 50 minutes. 

Once done leave to cool for 5 to 6 minutes and then flip.
