Homemade Ice Cream no machine need

 

 

Chocolate ice cream bars , makes 3-5 servings

 

250g Heavy Cream (1 cups)

175g Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla

 

For best results use cream and condensed milk.

 

If you're using the no mold method, line the bottom of your tray with parchment paper and cover well before putting the tray in the freezer. Freeze fro 2 or 3 hour or for best results freeze overnight

 

Chocolate Shell: - 150 gr Sweetened Chocolate

1 ½  tablespoon Coconut Oil

Chopped Salted Peanuts ( Optional ) Enjoy! ♥
