Easy Fried Avocado Chips - Perfect Every-time

This is what you will need:
1 avocado
1 egg
150g flour
150 g Kellogg’s Breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
Salt to Taste
Garlic powder(optional)
Place the flour in a shallow plate. Place egg in a shallow plate. Place breadcrumbs in a second shallow plate. Add the nutritional yeast to the breadcrumbs. Dip avocado the flour next in the egg to coat, then dip wedges in breadcrumbs to coat. Place on prepared tray.
Heat 3cm to 4 cm of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
For the dip.
We just use a tablespoon of Mayonnaise and ½ tablespoon mustard.
