Oatmeal and Peanut Butter Bars - No Bake No Flour - Only 3 Ingredients

No Bake, No flour, 3 Ingredient Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Bars.

 

 

 

No Bake, No flour, 3 Ingredient Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Bars. 

This recipe will give you 4 Bars or 8 half bars 

Ingredients 

1 cup old fashioned oats 

½ peanut butter 100% natural 

¼ cup raw honey 

Instructions * 

Line a 16cm x 12 cm pan with parchment paper. 

Measure oats into a medium-size mixing bowl. Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave 30 seconds (stir every 8 to 10 seconds!). and sure you don’t burn the mixture 

Once you have combined the honey and peanut butter add the oats to the mixture. Using the back of a silicone spoon evenly mix the oats. 

Transfer the mixture to the pan or dish. 

Allow cooling completely in the fridge for about 1 hour up to overnight. Cut into slices and store in an airtight container. Wrap each bar in paper and keep it in the fridge for 1 month or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let chill at room temperature for softer bars.
