3 Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies – No Bake, No Oil, No Flours No Eggs, No Oil, No Sugar
This is what you will need
½ cup pitted Medjool Dates (you will need to soak them for 10 to 15 minutes to soften if not fresh
½ cup natural unsweetened creamy peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Line a small to medium size dish or pan with parchment paper.
Next, add the dates to a high-powered food processor and blend until it becomes a thick. paste. Add the peanut butter and blend for a further 2 minutes or until combined. Next, add the cocoa powder and blend until combined.
The batter may appear crumbly but if you pinch it together, it should stay together. If it appears too dry you can add 1-2 tbsp of water and mix again.
Press brownie batter into the pan or dish, apply enough pressure for the batter to all stick together. If desired, you can also add peanut butter spread or nuts. Cut and serve.
