This vegan chocolate mousse is possibly the creamiest and richest #chocolatemousse you will ever eat, vegan or not!
A simple and silky-smooth chocolate mousse you can whip up in minutes, no stove required!
Serve it to guests a luxuriously smooth and velvety #chocolatedessert.
Serve the chocolate coconut mousse plain, or it also makes a great chocolate frosting for any of the following:

This is what you will need.
Ingredients
1 can sweeten coconut milk or cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Extras
the mousse is great on it own but if you like you can add the following:
1 tbsp dutch cocoa powder or additional regular (optional)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
2-3 tbsp peanut butter(optional)
Instructions
Refrigerate the coconut milk can overnight or open and freeze for about 10 minutes. Use full-fat canned coconut milk for this recipe. Try not to shake the can, because you want the cream to separate from the water underneath.
The brand that I used did not have any water at the bottom and was so creamy.
Once cold, open the can and transfer only the thick part to a bowl.
Discard the watery part and save for another recipe.
You can use a hand beater or a spatular and tons of strength and patience. Whip the cream until smooth. Add remaining cocoa and whip until it forms a mousse-like texture.
It was delicious. This recipe will give you 2 perfect servings.
